These are the terms of Nivel's text message program. Nivel is building a painting service in New York, and we text the painters who apply about work.
They cover every message we send from +1 (949) 876-4835 and every message you send us there.
Messages about work, and nothing else. A job we are staffing and where it is, the days and the pay, an answer to something you asked us, or a question about your application. We do not send advertising, and we do not text you on behalf of another company.
Two ways, and both of them start with you:
We never add a number that reached us any other way — not from a list, not from a referral, not from another company.
Message frequency varies with the work available. Expect a few messages a month, and more in a week when we are staffing a job near you.
Nivel charges you nothing — not for the messages, not for anything else on this site. Message and data rates may apply. That is between you and your mobile carrier and depends on your plan, not on us.
Reply STOP to any message from us. The texts end, and you get one message confirming it.
Stopping the messages withdraws nothing else. Your application stands. Text START to +1 (949) 876-4835 to start them again, or write to privacy@nivel.work.
Reply HELP to any message and we send back the short version of this page. Write to privacy@nivel.work for anything longer. We answer in English and Spanish.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A message can arrive late or not at all for reasons neither you nor we control, so do not treat a text as the only way you will hear from us about something with a deadline.
Write to privacy@nivel.work if you give up the number you gave us. Numbers get reassigned, and we do not want to text somebody about a job they never applied for.
Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented or traded, and never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The privacy policy says what we collect, why we collect it, and who processes it.
Nothing on this site is a booking or an offer of employment. A price on this site is an estimate until we agree the job with you, and applying does not make you an employee of Nivel or entitle you to work. When there is work we call you, we tell you the days and the pay, and you decide each time.
When these terms change we change the date at the top of this page. If the change affects what we send or how often we send it, we say so in a message before it takes effect.
