We are building our own remote supervision system. It holds the plan for each job, the record of the work, and a direct line to us, in one place. It is how a small team can back up painters across the whole city.
When the job is not what the plan said — plaster in worse shape than expected, a color that is not matching, a question about what is included — we find a solution together. You do not have to guess, and extra work is agreed and paid, not something you argue about after the job.
When the job is done, your part is done. Getting the customer’s approval is our job, not yours, and nobody has to travel to the site for it.
